Adam has been interested in bodywork and Chi Kung since 1990. This began with the study of Alexander technique and developed from there with a focus always on the integration of the body, mind and spirit. He graduated from BSS-Do London in 1997 and became a BSS-Do London teacher in 2000.

Adam’s professional experience and training include:
Working with Cancer support, Secure Mental Health Institutions and at clinics in Bucks, Berks and London; exhibitions and workshops for the BSS-Do London School and the Shiatsu Society; teaching for the BSS-Do London, Sweden and Nottingham and for the Nottingham Shiatsu Forum.

International qualifications and experience:
Teaching Qi-Gong and Shiatsu together and separately in Sweden for the BSS Sweden. They now have a small group whom Adam visits two to three times a year for Qi-Gong.

In conjunction with this bodywork, Adam works with design, construction and maintenance of garden areas mainly in North London. This maintains connections with the seasons, incorporating them into his bodywork. Adam moved out of London to live next to the River Thames in Cookham three years ago, with an increased focus on teaching and giving treatments.
