A one-day workshop for those interested in the principles of shiatsu with practical demonstrations and an opportunity for students to give and receive a simple treatment.

Shiatsu Basics Skills Course
The Basics Skills Course is the ideal introduction to Shiatsu for beginners. There is no commitment to continue but if you wish you may continue at weekend 3 of the 8 weekends Foundation course.

Shiatsu Basics

Year 1
The first year is split into two modules – Foundation and Intermediate. Students completing the Foundation Course may go on to study at Intermediate Level (6 weekends forming the second half of the first year) in 2009, thereby completing Year 1 training.
